Privacy Policy

WZA Sports ("WZA Sports," "we," "us," or "our") operates wzasports.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us or apply to our talent pipeline through the forms on this Site, which may include:

• Name and email address (required)
• Phone number
• LinkedIn profile URL
• What your message is about, or your area of interest
• A resume, portfolio, or other file you choose to upload
• Any additional message you include

You don't need to create an account to use this Site, and the Site itself doesn't use cookies or tracking technologies to monitor your browsing. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set minimal technical cookies necessary for security and performance (for example, to mitigate bots); these aren't used to track you across other websites or for advertising.

2. How we use information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Evaluate you for employment or partnership opportunities you've expressed interest in
• Keep a record of the conversation, if needed, to follow up

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. How information is delivered

When you submit a form on this Site, your submission is processed by a serverless function running on our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and delivered to us as an email using Resend, an email delivery service. Cloudflare and Resend process this information only as necessary to deliver your submission to us, under their own respective privacy and security practices.

4. Third-party links

This Site links to external sites we don't control, including event registration pages (miami.wodapalooza.com, socal.wodapalooza.com, mexico.wodapalooza.com) and our social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram). Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Data retention

Because form submissions are delivered directly as email rather than stored in a separate database, retention is governed by our own email retention practices. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously submitted, contact us using the information below.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we've collected about you, and to request its deletion. To make such a request, email us at team@wzasports.com.

7. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
