This is the creative engine and the voice of WZA Sports. You own what Wodapalooza stands for, how it looks, how it sounds, and what fans feel before, during, and after every event. This is a player-coach role — in year one you're writing copy, directing shoots, and shaping the social calendar yourself, then hiring and leading as the team grows.

Two iconic festivals already have real commercial momentum — your job is to build on it, not start from zero: bring active brand relationships that turn into conversations in your first week, rebuild a sales process that scales, and sell every single day while you do it.
